This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Havengoods.best. I (KAYLON LYNETTE WILLIAMS) am committed to ensuring a transparent and reliable shipping process for all customers. Policies cover order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, fees, and returns/exchanges.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • For items with specific processing times (e.g., pre-orders or custom products), details will be listed on the product page.


3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping:​ Currently, I ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories.

  • International Shipping:​ At this time, I do not offer regular international shipping. If you are outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact me at support@havengoods.best to discuss potential options.


4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • I primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx​ based on cost, delivery speed, and package size/weight.

  • Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day or overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Tracking information will be provided automatically once your order ships.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping​ is available for orders over $50​ within the contiguous United States.

  • Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee of **$5.99**.

  • Shipping fees for expedited services, oversized items, or special handling (e.g., fragile goods) are calculated at checkout.


6. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping:​ 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping:​ 1–3 business days (depending on the service selected).

  • Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs (for limited international shipments) are beyond my control. I will assist in tracking resolutions but cannot guarantee delivery times.


7. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities

  • Returns/Exchanges:​ Must be requested within 7 days​ of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • If I Made an Error​ (e.g., wrong item or defective product): I cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns​ (e.g., change of mind): The customer pays return shipping; I cover the cost of reshipping the replacement.

  • Undeliverable Packages​ (due to incorrect address): The customer is responsible for associated costs.


8. Risk and Title

Ownership and risk of loss for items transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
