Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items on final sale​ (e.g., clearance, heavily discounted goods).

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Ship the Item:​ Once you receive our instructions, please ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

3. Refund Process

After we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 3 to 7 business days​ for the refund to be credited to your account after processing.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue a refund in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.

  • Items that show signs of use, are damaged by customer misuse, or are not in their original condition.

  • Any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase (unless the error was due to our fault).

  • Return shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Exchanges
